Manually Updating Collage on CTI Panels

For 8086MAX, 6000K+, 7000XT, 6000A+, and NIO-S15 panels, the latest version of Collage is version 5.9.0.7373. From Collage versions 3.1+ you should be able to update the application from the Collage application. To do so, open Collage > Menu > About > Check for Update. 

On Collage versions before 3.1, you will be unable to update from within the Collage application. See options below for how to manually install the latest version of Collage. 

Note: The latest version of Collage is not compatible with all panel models. To know if this version is compatible with your Clear Touch IFP, please refer to the Collage Feature Update List.

Option 1: Manual .apk sideload : Collage v5.9.0.7373

Using this method, you will need to allow unknown sources from the debug menu. Without this setting enabled, you will likely run into the error "System cannot support installation".
To resolve this issue, select Input 1 3 7 9 from your remote to open the debug menu. Then, select Android/System Settings > Unknown Sources > ON.

Once this setting is adjusted, start by downloading the Collage apk onto a USB drive, inserting the drive on your ClearTouch panel, then opening the application from the USB in the Finder application on your panel. 

From here, you will select the apk file that is on your USB drive, pictured below: 

Then you will select Install, then Open. You should have the updated version of Collage now!


Option 2: Install through Command

The second option for installing Collage on your panel, or multiple panels, would be installing the Collage apk via Command. In order to do this, please refer to our guide, Installing Collage updates through Command.
