Please read below for common steps that are necessary for onboarding with our Clear Touch devices. Included with your Clear Touch Panel you are receiving software licenses for Chorus Software (Snowflake) and Command Pro.
To proceed with the delivery of software licenses, we need you to follow these steps:
END USER STEPS:
1. Share our Clear Touch Networking Guide with your IT Department and have them go through the document
2. Identify or create the admin-level email address to manage your licenses – we recommend using an email address not tied to a person. If you must, create an email address, we recommend something like cleartouch@yourdomain or use one you already have - it@yourdomain
3. Go to account.nuiteq.com and REGISTER for an Admin account – use the email address you identified in Step 2
4. Go to the email account you used in step 3, find the Welcome email, and click on the Activation Link inside the email. This email sometimes shows up in your spam or junk folder *If you do not click on that activation link, we cannot deposit your Chorus (Snowflake) licenses into your account.
5. Identify the email address you will use for your Command Admin Account. This can be the same email address you identified in Step 2
6. Click on THIS LINK and complete the Software License Request form
IMPLEMENTATION TEAM STEPS:
7. The Implementation team will deposit your Snowflake Licenses into your account
8. The Implementation team will create your organization's Command Account
9. Command Account Activation - You were emailed an activation link - Click and complete your account activation
10. Command Account is Activated and the Implementation Team adds Licenses
