6000A+ and NEXT Hub Screen Lock

The 6000A+ series interactive panels and the NEXT Hub are Google EDLA-certified devices. This means that the screen lock you may find on your device asking for a PIN/password/pattern is actually a Google security lock. The screen lock on one of these devices will look similar to this:



Since this is a Google security lock, the traditional method of resetting the PIN with a code on the remote control is not available. If you are the Tech Director or IT Manager for your school district, please reach out to our Support team at it@getcleartouch.com so we can discuss other options with you.

  1. If the person who set the PIN/password on the panel is unavailable or has forgotten the information, the panel will need to be manually reset to regain access.
