Occasionally, users can encounter an issue when using the Clear Touch Interactive's VGA Input that causes the image on the screen to appear shifted off-center instead of being aligned properly with the edges of the display. Fortunately, this is an easy fix, and can be accomplished in just a few steps.
First, open the input menu by swiping up from the bottom of the screen, or pressing the menu button on the front of the display (button with a gear icon)
Click the three dots in the top right corner of the Input Menu, and then select Adjust
Change the horizontal and vertical values to move the display image left/right and up/down, until the display image is aligned with the bezels of the screen
Please note that the panel will need to have the VGA 1 input selected for this to work. If the panel is on a different input, the Adjust option will be grayed out.
