If you have an issue with an adjustable or convertible stand not raising or lowering we recommend these steps:

- Plug the stand into a different wall outlet or surge protector to ensure

- Swap remotes with another working stand to ensure the remote is not malfunctioning.

- Verify if the stand can be repaired with calibration. When performing the calibration make sure that the Anti-Collision Sensor is being bypassed.

Once calibration has been completed, return all cabling to the proper connections without bypassing the Anti-Collision Sensor.

If, after completing the steps above, you are still having issues with your stand please contact Clear Touch Support by calling 864-643-5045 Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 7:00pm Eastern Time, or submit a Support Ticket at https://support.getcleartouch.com/portal/newticket.
