Release Notes for the NEXT Hub (Firmware date October 16, 2024)

Major Developments

- Added 15+ languages for Android OS

  • Added Administrator section to Android Settings

  • Added the Startup App function - Turn the display into a “kiosk” mode allowing a specific startup application.

    • Enable the Administrator Section within Settings (it will be necessary to set an Admin PIN)

    • Select Startup Item and allow the device to boot to Android

  • Select the Startup application from the dropdown list


Other Cool Improvements

  • Improved the Yellow Button function on the remote. Long-press the clocks and the time can be adjusted.

  • The setting to “Show Password input” is disabled as a default setting

  • "Ring When Time Is Up" feature update - some minor improvements to have this utility function in similar ways to our previous generation panels.

  • Opaque/Transparent Mode saves the last selected mode. When you re-open the Mark app, the last mode used will open as default.
