We are proud to introduce some updates for the Collage app. Probably the biggest is the ability to achieve touchback when screen sharing an iPad. This is only available for the  A+ and NEXT Hub. The other updates are a Settings lock and increasing the options for non-client screen sharing. Please update to Collage v5.10 and read below for the details about each feature in the release.

  1. Add Bluetooth device discovery. This feature offers another option for quick device connection.

    1. Bluetooth has to be enabled on each device, and the “Allow devices to make quick connection” setting within Collage needs to be enabled.

  2. Allow the Miracast setting to be saved to system memory. Instead of defaulting the setting to disabled upon reboot.

  3. The syncing of the panel’s connected microphone and camera (called Bring Your Own Meeting; BYOM) has now been expanded to Windows and macOS.

  4. Support up to 50 devices with Desktop Sync. There is no new switch to enable this; it is ipso facto!

5. Support up to 30 Screensharing devices at once (A+ and NEXT Hub only). This is only for devices running the Collage application; non-client screensharing is excluded. This needs to be enabled within Settings, and the user will be encouraged to disable the non-client sharing options.

  1. Change the order of the connection code characters, implement general performance improvements, and squash bugs.
