Release Notes for 6000A+ (Firmware date December 10, 2025)

Here is a detailed list of the changes, improvements, and bugs that have been affected by the firmware release for the 6000A+ panels. This firmware has a timestamp of December 10, 2025.

This update upgrades our 6000A+ panel from Android 13 to Android 15. Our Development team worked hard to provide this update and implement necessary security patches. Of course, this also introduces many new features and UI improvements! We continue to enhance our Connect solution and have implemented several utility improvements. Please upgrade the firmware on your A+ panel and enjoy these new features.


Important Note: Our team has been made aware that the 20251210 (Android 15) firmware switches the panel to use a randomized MAC address instead of use device MAC. We understand that this has disconnected panels from the network if the network security requires verification of the MAC address. We will correct this in the next firmware release.

If this is a setting within your network infrastructure, we recommend delaying the update to Android 15 until the next firmware release.

  • Spotlight utility improvement. A box with arrows makes the user interface a little clearer.

  • Visual timer added to the Timer utility. Our timer now includes a visual circle that decreases as the timer gets closer to zero.

  • Miscellaneous bug fixes and required security patch updates.
