Welcome to the A+ Panel! To enhance the initial user experience with the Clear Touch A+ Panel, we suggest making the following settings adjustments for a smoother and more user-friendly introduction.
Pen Writing Priority
This setting allows the pens to automatically be detected for annotations without pulling up the annotation tool.
Disabling this setting is recommended for a more fluid touch interaction experience, as less processing is needed for each touch detection.
Show Password Text
Disabling these options will allow the user to securely enter their screen pin while at the front of the panel or when using the panel remote to enter the code.
Disable the native taskbar
*This menu will populate when a user swipes from the top of the screen. To avoid allowing sensitive notifications and to prevent Wifi hotspot access, we recommend disabling this menu option.
Keep in mind: disabling this toolbar will also disable your user menu access, where you can switch between multiple users. If multiple users are configured and this setting is enabled, the additional users will be removed.
Devices that support USB and HDMI can use HDMI ports 1 or 2 on the panel, paired with the Touch 1 port on the panel. HDMI 3 can be paired with the Touch 2 port that is located underneath the panel on the right side.
Devices that support USB-C will be able to use the USB-C Port for video, audio, and touch. Please note that your USB-C cable must be a high quality cable that is capable of 4K video signals @ 60hz.
