“No Signal” with OPS Adapter and specific Display Driver Versions

This known issue is related to the combination of the following pieces of hardware:


The PC25-SM or the PC27-VP within the PC-OPS-ADPT-120 and this slot computer being placed within the 6000U, 6000K, 7000X, or 7000XE IFP


In order to work together, the OPS Adapter requires the Intel display adapter driver to be one the following version:


V.31.0.101.5445

The PC Adapter will display a “Waiting For Signal” or (No Signal) message with the 6000U, 6000K, 7000X, and 7000XE if the following adapter drivers are installed on the PC25-SM or PC27-VP.

Our Development Team has worked with Intel to discover the root cause of the display adapter drivers not working with the OSP Adapter and they have identified the problem. 

The new display adapter driver that will correct this issue is currently targeted to be released on May 26, 2024.
