How to Uninstall Programs on MacOS
This guide will take you step by step through the process of removing an application or program on MacOS.
This is especially helpful to know when troubleshooting ClearTouch Software such as NUITEQ Snowflake or Collage.
1. Select the Finder application on the Dock.
2. Select the Applications Folder.
4. Select Move to trash
5. If you're asked for a user name and password, enter the username and password of an administrator account on your Mac.
6. To delete the app after moving it to the Trash, Select Finder > Empty Trash.
Once you have fully removed the program, you should be able to reinstall the program. If you are downloading ClearTouch software, you can find the download link here on our Downloads page.
