How to Uninstall Programs on Windows 11

This guide will take you step by step through the process of removing an application or program on Windows 11. 

This is especially helpful to know when troubleshooting ClearTouch Software such as NUITEQ Snowflake or Collage. 

1. Click the Windows Search icon located on your taskbar:



2. Type "add or remove programs"

3. Select the option pictured below: 



4. Scroll down to the application you would like to remove, click the 3 dots, then uninstall



5. From here, you will likely need to confirm making changes as an administrator. Once you select yes, then program will begin uninstalling. 

Once you have fully removed the program, you should be able to reinstall the program. If you are downloading ClearTouch software, you can find the download link here on our Downloads page.
