Some NIOs have models with more than one firmware file available. Before downloading a firmware file for your NIO, check the NIO's Software Information to see which file you need. To get this information, press "Input, 3, 9, 3, 9" on your NIO's remote control, one button quickly after the other. If you cannot access the Software Info screen due to display issues or do not have a remote control for your NIO, please get in touch with our Support department so that we can check your NIO's serial number.
