Collage - Issue Mirroring on Chromebooks after Chrome OS v89 update

This issue has been resolved as of 5/18. The version that works successfully with screen mirroring will be v1.0.8.165. To check the version installed on the Chromebook select Menu (3-line "hamburger" at the top right) > About.

----

There is a known issue that is not allowing Chromebooks to mirror to the CT panel through the Collage application. This issue surfaces when the Chrome  OS updates to v89 or beyond.

Currently, our Development team is targeting to provide an update (and fix) during the month of May. In the meantime, Collage version 2.4 (Select Menu > About) on the 5000c, 6000K, 6000K+, 7000X, and 7000XE series panels should support Chromecast. This will limit to one connection to the panel, but it is a working feature at this time.

If you are experiencing this issue and would like to be updated, please submit a ticket.
