Reseller/Installer Training (Held onsite in Greenville, SC)
This course is designed for resellers, school technicians, and installers who are new to the Clear Touch brand. You will go from the presales process to the sign-off on a project. Technicians who are the first line of defense will focus on best practices for troubleshooting issues, debugging menu settings, mobile stand issues, among other tasks. There will be a hands-on installation of a mobile cart and how to set up a panel right out of the box. This class is a one-day course held at our Experience Center in Greenville, SC. Contact

Clear Touch Field Tech Certification (Virtual 2-4 hour session)
This course is designed for support technicians who are the first line of defense. It will focus on technicians who are new to the Clear Touch brand. This is a 3-hour virtual training with a mix of video modules and live Q&A with our Tech support team. The goal is to familiarize technicians with the panel's hardware, software, operating system, and common troubleshooting processes. Class size is designed for 1-8 participants. Contact

Clear Touch Field Tech Certification (Self-paced video modules)
This course is designed for experienced Clear Touch customers who are already familiar with our products and are looking to enhance their technical capabilities. The goal is to empower participants to resolve support tickets independently. The course includes self-paced video modules, followed by a final exam to verify completion and understanding. Upon successful completion, participants will receive a certification number, which grants priority status within our support ticketing system.
